No, Mini Crackers contain a very small amount of protein per packet. Each 40g packet of Mini Crackers contains 0.2g protein and 8mg of leucine.
How do I use Mini Crackers?
Mini Crackers can be eaten on their own as a snack or they can be incorporated into the diet in a number of ways:
