A sweet blend of ProZero and fresh fruit makes a refreshing low protein ‘milk’ drink. This recipe is low in protein. Always check with your dietitian that this is suitable for your diet. Free for MSUD.

Ingredients

  • 200mls ProZero
  • 100g of strawberries, raspberries or other suitable fruits (fresh
    or frozen)
  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar to sweeten

Method

  1. Place the ProZero into a liquidiser or smoothie maker.
  2. Add the preferred suitable fruit and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  4. Taste and add more sugar if desired. Pour into a glass and serve.
