Made with ProZero sweet lemon cream, this makes a simple summer dessert.  This recipe is low in protein. Always check with your dietitian that this is suitable for your diet. Free for MSUD.

Ingredients

  • Sweet lemon ‘cream’ (see recipe)
  • Permitted fruits, sliced or lightly crushed summer berries, like strawberries, blueberries or raspberries. Chopped peaches or nectarines, or cherries are good too.

Method

  1. Place a spoonful of the lemon ‘cream’ into the base of a tall glass or dish.
  2. Add a spoonful or two of fruit.
  3. Continue to layer lemon ‘cream’ and fruit.
  4. Eat straight away, or keep covered in the fridge for the next day.
