  • 200g Sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 2 Spring onions, finely chopped
  • 20ml ProZero
  • 10g Butter
  • 30g Violife original, grated
  • Salt and pepper (optional)


  1. Boil the sweet potatoes in a pan until soft.
  2. Drain potatoes and add the ProZero and butter.
  3. Mash until smooth, add spring onions and Violife. Season to taste and serve.
