- 200g Sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 Spring onions, finely chopped
- 20ml ProZero
- 10g Butter
- 30g Violife original, grated
- Salt and pepper (optional)
- Boil the sweet potatoes in a pan until soft.
- Drain potatoes and add the ProZero and butter.
- Mash until smooth, add spring onions and Violife. Season to taste and serve.
