- 1 Sweet potato
- ½ portion of Chilli ‘Cheese’ Sauce (see recipe)
- ½ Spring onion, chopped
- ½ Red chili, finely chopped
- 40g Violife Original Flavour, grated
- Preheat the deep fat fryer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Cut the sweet potato into thin fries.
- Deep fry the thin fries until golden.
- Put the fries into a casserole dish and top with the Chilli ‘Cheese’ Sauce, spring onion, red chili and Violife Original Flavour.
- Grill on a baking tray for 10 mins or until golden.
