- 80g Fresh Basil
- 4 Garlic cloves, peeled
- 8 tbsp Olive oil
- 400g Low protein pasta
- Put basil, garlic and olive oil in a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Season to taste.
- Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
- Drain the pasta and put it back in the dry pan. Make sure that the pan is off the heat.
- Mix in pesto and serve.
