This low protein pesto recipe is super versatile! It can be used in pasta dishes, on pizzas, stirred through roasted vegetables or in toasties! This Basil Pesto is free for MSUD and ideal for those on a low protein diet.

Ingredients

  • 80g Fresh basil
  • 4 Garlic cloves, peeled
  • 8 tbsp Olive oil

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
  2. Season to taste.
