Ingredients

  • 50g (2 bars) Vitabite chocolate
  • 5g Hundreds & thousands*

Method

  1. Break Vitabite chocolate in to small pieces.
  2. Place a glass bowl on top of saucepan filled with water ensuring that the water does not touch the bowl. Add Vitabite to glass bowl, heat gently, stirring the Vitabite chocolate until melted.
  3. Take melted Vitabite off heat and dip a small sized blown up balloon (8cm in diameter) into it, covering half the balloon with Vitabite chocolate.
  4. Dip coated balloon in hundreds & thousands.
  5. Set on a plate and place in fridge to cool until hardened.
  6. Pop balloon, remove all of the balloon from Vitabite chocolate cup and enjoy.
